Getting ready for DBSC 2010 Burwell Rally

Carbing the Mikuni 28 for the 5-6 hour ride to DBSC 2010. Taking it out on the highway for a short run to dial in the full open throttle postition. Right now I am running a 180 main jet down incrementally in the following order 240, 230, 220,200, 190, to see if I can maintain full open without over heating!!!
